Our Facilities

Our facilities incorporate 35 comfortable bedrooms, 33 of which have en-suite facilities. Each room is equipped with a nurse call system for immediate assistance. All bedrooms have electric profiling beds. Our home is Wi-Fi enabled, and we encourage residents to personalise their rooms.

Our experienced team is led by a full-time Registered General Nurse (RGN) Manager with a Registered Manager award, supported by a dedicated team of RGNs, healthcare assistants, and support workers. Each resident has a named nurse and key worker to ensure their personal and nursing needs are met. We provide 24/7 specialist nursing care, ensuring the highest standards at all times.

Engaging Activities & Social Life

We have a structured activities program led by two coordinators, offering group and individual activities to promote social interaction and well-being. Residents enjoy regular music sessions with visiting entertainers and outings to local areas of interest. Personal trips to shops or cafes can be arranged via our minibus service.

Dining Experience

Dining at Adelaide is tailored to meet individual preferences and dietary requirements. We celebrate special occasions like birthdays with cakes for residents, and we host regular parties throughout the year where family and friends are invited.

I have power of attorney for my friend who has dementia, we have moved him from another nursing home as we weren't happy with the way he has been looked after. He has only been in Adelaide since Jan 15th, his weight has increased and he looks so much happier. The staff here are amazing he is always up and dressed looking clean and sitting in the lounge. Whereas in another home he was in bed all the time. He was losing weight every week! When you enter Adelaide it feels so homely and relaxed and all the staff we have met are very caring when there is a problem they phone us and it's nice when you arrive to be asked if would you like a drink.
